How can I book a sail on Enterprize?
Why can’t I see any sails for my preferred date?
If you can’t see any sails in our booking system for the date you prefer, Enterprize is probably taking a well-deserved ship’s day off! All of our sailing dates are added into the calendar as soon as they’re open for bookings, so do have a look at the other dates in the calendar to see if there’s another date that would suit you, and keep checking back as we add more sailing dates to the calendar!
How can I redeem my Enterprize gift voucher for a sail?
If you’ve received an Enterprize gift voucher, you can redeem it for the sailing date of your choice here. Enterprize gift vouchers are issued through Booking Boss, which is our booking system.
How can I redeem my Red Balloon or Adrenaline gift voucher for a sail on Enterprize?
Gift vouchers from Red Balloon or Adrenaline need to be redeemed directly through those companies. Enterprize cannot assist with booking a sail using a Red Balloon or Adrenaline voucher, but we’re happy to answer any questions about the sailing experiences we offer.
How can I change my sailing date?
If you’re unable to come sailing on your booked date, please send us a message on our contact page with all your booking details and the change you’d like to make and one of our volunteer team will get back to you as soon as possible!
What are the different ticket types offered for an Enterprize sail?
Enterprize offers the following ticket categories for her public sails:
Concession (with Veterans Card, Seniors Card, student card or Health Care Card)
Child (ages 4-15 years)
Infant (ages 0-3 years)
Family (2 adults and 2 children)
Carer (accompanying their charge)
Although infants and carers travel free, the appropriate ticket must be booked for each infant or carer passenger to guarantee a space on board.
